EDITED TO ADD: THE WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT!!  See you all on April 1st!

The WORKSHOP is just one week away.  I created a little teaser in the form of a storyboard to wet your appetite for some of what we have in store.  First of all, I'm delighted with all the businesses that have donated prizes!!  I totally wish I could win.  Secondly, I love how your cheat sheets turned out.  They'll be the perfect size to carry in your camera bag, but WAY to cute to keep them there.  Oh, and it's not too late to sign up a friend either.  I think we may have room for a couple more.

ATTENDEES: Be on the look out in your inbox.  All the final details and reminders are coming shortly.

During the winter I suffer from some sleepless nights. It's the season I dream up & begin putting into place ideas for my company's upcoming year.  I tend to count more ideas than sheep and ideas never put a girl to sleep.   As spring and summer approach, I get to sit back and see if my ideas will fly or flop…. I can loose some sleep over that too.

The photo of this Senior running through the field on one of our first spring days this year ignited a feeling of hope, hope for some flying in 2009.

I don't walk out the door to a photo shoot without my Shootsac.  It's totally changed how I photograph.  It's convenient, people, and I need all the convenience I can get.   Jessica, the mastermind behind the camera bag, held a contest.  The only rule, photograph your Shootsac cover being used in an out of the ordinary way.  I replaced our American flag on our front porch with a Shootsac cover and  I won!   I was kind of embarrassed while shooting considering our neighbors & their guest were outside, but perhaps it feels worth the public humiliation now that I've got a new cover coming my way!

Our WONDERFUL neighbors are moving tomorrow.  They will be sorely, painfully, extremely, _______ {fill in your own adverb there, cause I'm feeling them all} missed.  Truthfully I've been living in denial that they are really leaving.  Even when the moving van pulled up, I just complimented them on what must be their new family vehicle.  Nonetheless, I had a little time with the youngest neighbor before they officially scoot on out of here.

Some of my studio accessories were put to use. The felt flowers kept this little mover put for a minute.
