I’m was need of some updated photos of my children. This is the time of year that I make sure I capture my kids, actually I’m early this year. ;0) Drew was out of town at our church Men’s Retreat, so I thought, “Perfect time.”. I tried to arrive to the location as the sun was setting, but failed and fought the looming darkness.
Somehow my kids have learned that people get paid to model and they drive a hard bargain. Gone are the days of “working” for popcycles and lolipops. However, they all agreed to earn their age in dollars, but I had the right to dock their pay if they gave me trouble out on the field. Only a few quarters were lost. I won’t mention WHO lost quarters.
Note to self: Don’t have the kids brush their teeth before photos and then serve Izze at the shoot. Jax’s face sums it up, SOUR!!

First the kids are SO cute of course.
Second the one of Ava in the suit case looks like you put her in a field inside an empty suitcase and she found a way to open it!
