We have a Triathlete in the family. Drew finished his second triathlon this year and can’t wait to do another. He finished in well under 3 hours. I was totally amazed and impressed. It was a 1.5k swim, 40K bike, and a 10k run.
One day at the pool I swam a half lap to test out whether I’d ever like to join Drew in his new found hobby. I was very out of breath, almost dead. It’s hard, very hard. I’m so proud of my man. Way to go Drew. Ironman watch out!
Everyone’s leg had their age so they knew who their competition was. My thought is that it was some sort of Triathlon pick-up method. I’m glad I was there to keep the girls off my hot guy!
Drew was joined by his cousin and her husband.
*Pictures compliments of the trusty point and shoot.

How awesome…Congrats to your Husband!!
Remember, “It is all about Rach”. Just kidding, Rach. Posing in a TuTu is close to a big a feat as running a Tri-Ath. and going to work the next day. I can verify, the Man (future, Iron Man), does it in stride and doesn’t work out all that often or intensly. His buddy Julian says he can remember Drews’s fat belly in the GR First pictures, just to keep the future Iron Man humble. Dad D
Okay so Drew can run, swim, and bike…but can he take pictures in a tutu?
Back to Me!
YOU ROCK BROTHER! Yeah, I’m thinking the most you’ll get out of me is the 10k run. This certainly does not run in the family.
Drew who would of thought you leaving sara with four kids, while you biked to Gun Lake would turn into something… wow… your amazing Drew. You have been added to my hero list.
I am so impressed with anyone who can compete in a Triathlon!!! I am with you Sara, that swimming element, holy cow it is hard!!! Very impressive, Drew. You Rock!
way to go, Drew!!!
