…for one great week!
I’m having sister withdrawals! We had such a good time this past week. I’m trying not to be sad. My emotions like to hit at random times and they aren’t necessarily connected to the corresponding event. For example, signing my kids up for school has become similar to what I imagine becoming a US citizen might be like. I’ve had to jump throw about 20 million hoops and the anger I feel inside is much larger than it would regularly be do to the fact that my sisters are gone. I’m therefore reminded once again that they’re not around the corner. In addition, my lil’ sis Amanda will turn 21 this week and I can’t be near her. It’s the stuff like that that sucks! Makes me cry. Makes me want to throw the "hoops" in the principal’s face and she’s just doing her job. Emotions all over the place… raw emotions.
I will now gather myself together. Pick up the pieces. Stop crying. Make friends with the principal. And show you pictures from one great week.
First stop, Bebe Sport. We modeled a few pieces for incoming customers.
2nd stop, lunch at Panera Bread.
Rach and I hit Bebe and then lunch at Panera every Tuesday for a long time in Michigan. We rekindled the "good ol’ days", but in Atlanta!
Final stop, pedicures.
Thanks for a great week girls. You are missed, greatly missed. I will stop now or the wet on my face will reappear. Love you guys!

We have visitors! Rach, John and Kaylie have come to visit. What would a visit be without a photo shoot?
It gave me a chance to try out a new location. And let me just say, I love it.
John helped me create "wind" by fanning Rachel. It led to lots of laughter.

My mother, who’s become quite computer savvy in her more recent years, has begun to leave comments on my blog. Frankly, she’s stealing my thunder. If you ever read her comments, they’re often full of charm and whit. Her most recent comment was in regard to my new banner. She wrote…
"I’m glad that you’re doing the rotation thing on the banner. I’ll be preparing my "hat-pose" portfolio for when it’s ‘grandma backstage’ month."
Upon further jesting via the telephone, I told her she needed to also have some sort of instrument to include with her hat. She reminded me that she was once an accomplished accordionist. Next thing I know, my sisters sent the following "audition photos" to me.
I’m told these photos were taken amongst much rolling on the ground and loads of laughter. I only wish I had been there to see it for myself! Way to be a good sport Mom. Your "Banner Day" is totally coming. Rock On Mom!

This girl wanted to be the "star" on my banner! She said it was her turn! And I obliged, how could I not!? She’s so stinkin’ cute! Here are a few more of her cuteness.
I’m starting to realize my little girl’s not so little anymore! I’d like the growing up to slooooooooow doooooown a bit! I’m glad she still likes to dance with me in the kitchen!

Hard to believe it, but we’re getting ready for school to start around here. Only two weeks of summer are left. Well…. not really. The summer heat will be here well into October I’m told. Now that’s crazy! At this point, the kids are enjoying the thought of new school supplies.
