I few times I’ve been around that track….63 to be exact. Still training and have the sore knees to prove it! I just have one question for the YMCA developers. When choosing land to plop their physical fitness program on, why oh why did they place it surrounded by greasy, fattening restaurants? It’s safe to say, while exiting the calorie burning joint, I enter the gut gaining joint (AKA: Burger King) at least once a week. Someones evil plan to up memberships….eat burger…run on track…eat burger…..run on track. Whatever the case may be, it sure makes the munchkin in the backseat happy.

I believe Burger King sells grilled chicken sandwiches and salads. Just a tip from your skinny sister…no not Amanda!
Few times i been around that track so it not gonna just happen like that cause there ain’t no hola back girl… i believe is what you are refering to when you say “few times i been round that track” I got your back sis anytime, my advice to you about the whole greasy restaurants thing is… what won’t kill you will only make you stronger… I don’t know if im trying to say eat the good food because it won’t kill you or being healthy and not eating the food won’t kill you… I don’t know.. you choose!
But Mom’s working out and eating from the grease pit, while junior is just eating . . . and eating. The cheeks keep getting more rosy and bigger. What a character, he is . .
Oh, you can mark me down for that fatting food any day. However, I don’t run. Not good!
