Ava needs to stop growing up.  Teeth at 4 months and now this…. She rolled over today!  And not the easy tummy to back roll, but the more difficult, back to tummy roll.  Yeah, she’s pretty advanced!

#1,001.     Hearing Jaxton shout "MEANNA" as we pull in the church parking lot each week!  Translation, "GRANDMA".  Jack Jack is a lover and loving his Grandma is no exception.  He gets to see her at the church nursery every time we arrive and he never fails to be excited about it.  We love you Meanna!

Jaxton: (jax’ /ton) N – full of life; non-stop; always eating; loves markers, especially when applied to walls, hands, windows, camera equipment, etc.; addicted to JoJo’s Circus; runs outside, no coat required; ball of energy.

Taking into consideration the above information I was suspicious today when In the middle of the afternoon Jaxton sat on my lap for more than a minute. I knew something was wrong.  The thermometer validated my concern, 103*.  Poor boy!

Mornings come all too soon at my house.  Ellexa’s always the first to arise followed by Jaxton and lastly Jalen.  Drew and I are both reluctant to get up and usually fight over whose turn it is to get the kids ready for school.  Yesterday was my turn and yet somehow  I was up with them again today. I typically parent from the couch wrapped up in a blanket.  Today Jalen and Jaxton were nestled up with me.  We were reading a book when I heard a faint "bang, bang, bang".  I looked out my front window only to see a very visible picture in my lawn indicating that the ball is officially rolling!

I few times I’ve been around that track….63 to be exact.  Still training and have the sore knees to prove it! I just have one question for the YMCA developers.  When choosing land to plop their physical fitness program on, why oh why did they place it surrounded by greasy, fattening restaurants?  It’s safe to say, while exiting the calorie burning joint, I enter the gut gaining joint (AKA: Burger King) at least once a week.  Someones evil plan to up memberships….eat burger…run on track…eat burger…..run on track.  Whatever the case may be, it sure makes the munchkin in the backseat happy.
